RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Please read the following Rental Terms & Conditions Agreement carefully. In order to secure your event booking a signature and non-refundable deposit is required. Please contact Glamorous Glamping with any questions regarding this agreement.

 

DEPOSIT & FULL PAYMENT

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the full balance is due the day before the event. Payments are accepted via Paypal, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. No checks will be accepted.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you need to cancel at any time you will forfeit the $50.00 deposit. However, if you reschedule within 14-days advance notice of the event, the $50.00 deposit can be applied towards another available date.

 

THEME SELECTION

Theme selection (including approved Custom Themes) must be finalized 2 weeks before the event date. 

 

EVENT SET UP REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for moving furniture and clearing out enough space prior to delivery and set up. Glamorous Glamping will not move furniture or personal items due to liability reasons.

 

Each assembled tent is approximately 72"H x 42"W x 78"L and the mattresses are 78"L x 38"W. Keep in mind, additional room is needed for breakfast trays, props, walking space, and any extras. 

 

PILLOW POLICY

Guests are required to provide their own pillow to sleep on. The provided decorative pillows are for decoration only and are not to be used to sleep with.

 

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Glamorous Glamping has a strict no-smoking policy and will only set up events in smoke free homes due to hygiene and health reasons and the event can be canceled with no refund if there are any smoking/vaping/tobacco related odors. 

 

PET POLICY

The event space must be set up in a pet free area and pets are not allowed on or near the event space or Glamorous Glamping property.

FOOD, BEVERAGE, & ACTIVITY POLICY

In order to prevent damage we do not allow eating, drinking, or art activities (e.g. slime, coloring, glue, painting, nail polish, ..etc.) in or around the tent area or on the mattresses.

 

DAMAGE POLICY

If Glamorous Glamping property is damaged you will be responsible for payment. Glamorous Glamping will provide you with an invoice for damaged property at replacement cost.

 

ADULT SUPERVISION

It is your responsibility to ensure that guests do not damage any Glamorous Glamping property. Glamorous Glamping is not responsible for any actions or activities that could cause harm to any guests and cannot be held responsible for or liable for any injuries, damage, or actions at an event.
